We are delighted to announce that Ludovic Phalippou, Professor of Financial Economics of the University of Oxford and one of the world’s most respected thinkers on the private equity industry will give the keynote address at the CWC Workers’ Capital Conference on Sunday September 8th in Paris, France.
Ludovic has written extensively about who and why the private equity industry prospers at the expense of pension beneficiaries. His latest book, Private Equity Laid Bare, is a bestseller that is credited with distilling complex topics in an easily understood manner. A regular voice in the financial media, Ludovic recently wrote an op-ed entitled "Enough of robbing pensioners: time to change the system" in the Financial Times and his most recent academic paper is entitled "Modifying The Carried Interest To Do What It Is Said To Do".
