Keynote Information: Emmanuel Faber, Chair of the ISSB
We are delighted to announce that Emmanuel Faber, the Chair of the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) will give the keynote address at the CWC 2022 Workers’ Capital Conference on Monday, November 28th.
Mr. Faber will join us virtually to discuss the global baseline sustainability disclosures that are being developed by the ISSB, and how those are relevant for trade unions and pension fund trustees. The ISSB is part of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Foundation.
Emmanuel Faber is the former CEO of Danone, a French multinational which has had a Global Framework Agreement with the International Union of Food, Agricultural, Hotel, Restaurant, Catering, Tobacco and Allied Workers’ Association (IUF) since 1989.
